Translate to English Pistazienduft mit etwas Honigmelone und Apfel. Klare, feinsaftige Frucht, geradlinig, feine Säure und merkliche Kohlensäure, am Gaumen wieder Pistazien, leicht herbe Note, ordentlicher, etwas rauer Abgang. Legt an der Luft etwas zu, ist aber dennoch nicht in bester Verfassung.

Editor note: Translate to English Zunächst unklare, von der Gärung geprägte, an Überreife erinnernde Töne und animalische Noten, dann vegetabile Aromen und Melone. Im Mund noch unruhig, bei aller Kraft auch etwas saftig und von überraschend klarer Melonenfrucht, passende Säure und Rückgrat gebende Mineralik, noch nicht ganz eingebundener Alkohol, leichtes Bitter im langen Abgang.
