Translate to English Sehr geschliffene, einen Hauch pfeffrige Kernobstnase mit zarten Melonen- und Kernobstnoten. Auch im Mund sehr geschliffen, süßliche Frucht mit kräuteriger und pfeffriger Würze, feine, lebendige Säure und Kohlensäure, etwas Gerbstoff am Gaumen, sehr moderne Machart, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, kräftiger Körper, im Hintergrund ausgesprochen mineralisch, viel Biss, sehr guter bis langer, würziger, wieder etwas süßlicher Abgang. Wirkt derzeit noch völlig unfertig. Muss unbedingt reifen.
