Firm, somewhat vegetal, earthy and yellow-spicy aroma of partly candied and dried stone fruit with citrus aromas, a hint of bacon, floral nuances, honey and some minerality in the background. Ripe, sweet, concentrated fruit, lots of candy, again also vegetal aromas typical for the variety, lively acidity and some tannin, dense, deep and persistent, minerality in the background, caramelised vegetables, fine herbal aromas, quite creamy, very good, sweet, candied-fruity and slightly vegetal finish.
