2015 Ried Göttweiger Berg Grüner Veltliner Sekt g.U. Grosse Reserve Brut, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Yeasty, somewhat herbaceous, mushroomy and distinctly vegetal nose with restrained yellow fruity, delicately floral and also slightly bacony notes. Sweetish, ripe, melting fruit with nutty yeasty and vegetal tones, some butter, medium-fine mousseux, some warmth, good persistence, relatively voluminous style, herbaceous nuances, some candy, peanut and caramel, good to very good, again sweetish and slightly warm finish with bacony nuances.
