Fairly firm nose, nutty and light herbaceous vegetal notes, still a hint of yeast, tart, light yellow fruity notes, hint of smoke and earthy minerality. Clear, taut, fairly juicy fruit, fine acidity and a certain mellowness, dried vegetal to tobacco nuances, mineral, nutty, floral and hints of dark berry flavours in the background, persistent, still young, fairly firm, restrained power, very good finish with mellowness, fairly noble fruit, minerality and a little herbs and smoke.
