slightly smoky nose, light dried vegetal notes and some mushrooms, oak, hint of tobacco, light earthy notes, hint of bacon. Tart fruit on the palate, earthy and vegetal notes, mushrooms, light oak, hint of bacon, elegant acidity, fairly well integrated, slightly sandy tannins, good persistence, peppery notes in the background, becomes more juicy with aeration, hint of butter, very good tart, slightly astringent finish.
