Very slightly open, clearly vegetal, earthy, smoky and a little tobacco nose with tart black and red berry notes, some cherries, malt, cold smoke and bacon. Somewhat acidic-juicy, relatively dark fruit, dried vegetal nuances, slightly earthy, bitter-sooty, brittle-looking wood, some acid bite and somewhat drying and sandy tannin, good persistence, nutty and spicy notes, some bite in the good finish.
