The restaurant Saziani Stub'n and the hotel "Schlafgut" Saziani are operated in close connection with the winery.
The company's own vineyards cover 30 hectares of vineyards in the Klausen and Steintal locations (first STK locations), Moarfeitl and Saziani (large STK locations) as well as Buchberg, Silberberg, Weissenberg and Ingerl. Furthermore, grapes of 4 hectares are also supplied by contract producers. The selective harvest takes place in several tranches with the aim of fully ripe grapes, which are hand-picked in 20 kg boxes. The final quality control is carried out manually on a vibrating desk. In the cellar, gravity is used for the most gentle processing of the grapes.
