Fairly cool nose, light nutty and yeasty notes, delicate hint of bacon, vegetal and herbaceous notes, partly preserved yellow fruit, hint of red berries, white pepper, and traces of green tea. Straightforward, dry, fairly tart fruit on the palate, with a hint of orange, cool and juicy, lively acidity, fine sandy tannins, still slightly astringent, floral traces and a hint of cherries, good substance and persistence, prominent salty, chalky mineral notes, still largely undeveloped, good depth, complex, very good, firm, totally undeveloped and still slightly muted finish.
