Very firm, tart, deep and complex nose, prominent yeasty notes, nutty and vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, floral traces, touch of juniper and bay leaf, prominent earthy and mineral notes. Clear, polished, very firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty, peppery, vegetal and herbaceous notes, cool style, compact and totally undeveloped, still quite yeasty, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide firm grip, concentrated, deep, persistent and complex, reined-in power, intense mineral notes, peppery notes, herbs and spices on a long, firm, tart, juicy, very minerally finish. Needs time to mature.
