Still hardly developed, quite deep, fine-vegetable nose with light yellow fruity aromas, clearly hazelnut and some walnut, floral traces and minerality. Ripe, light, somewhat melted, very dry fruit, fresh vegetal aromas, slightly reminiscent of celery stalks, yeasty notes, fine acidity and some touch of crumbly tannin, salt in the background, some depth, still undeveloped, very good, firm, tart finish with light juice, fresh vegetable notes, yeast and minerality. Must mature
