Woody, nutty and floral scent of crumbly pome fruit with a hint of butter and vegetable nuances. Ripe, warm, melt-in-the-mouth fruit with smoky and nutty wood aromas, vegetable notes and some butter on the palate, suitable acidity, tannic tannin, warming alcohol, good persistence, good to very good, slightly sweetish finish with tart, nutty wood notes
