Translate to English Reintöniger Duft nach eingemachtem, angetrocknetem und kandiertem Steinobst mit zarten Honigtönen und deutlicher Mineralik. Strahlende, saftige, sehr süße Frucht im Mund, aber auch enorme, fast schneidende Säure, leicht kräuterige Ansätze, im Hintergrund Mineralik, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr straff gewirkt, gute Tiefe, ausgesprochen geschliffener Stil, enormer Biss und Zug, sehr guter Abgang.
