Translate to English Recht herber und eher zurückhaltender, etwas pflanzlicher und zart hefiger Zitrusduft mit Steinobstnoten, ein wenig saurem Apfel und mineralischen Nuancen. Ganz trocken im Mund, wieder eher verhaltene Frucht, pflanzliche, erdige und zart hefig-nussige Töne, passende Säure und leichter Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, pfeffrige Nuancen, gewinnt mit Luft an Saft, noch ein wenig antrocknend im guten bis sehr guten Abgang.
