Rather tart nutty, a little yeasty and also vegetal nose with pome fruit notes with smoky and tobacco nuances. Somewhat melted fruit with nutty and vegetable aromas, slightly smoky wood, yeasty notes, fine acidity and still very slightly drying tannins, a little vanilla, good persistence, certain warmth, good to very good finish
