Somewhat dried vegetable and floral, also slightly earthy scent of mixed berries with a hint of mushrooms and hinted at pepper and bacon. Astringent, partly preserved fruit, vegetal, mushroom and earthy notes, slightly nutty, crumbly tannins, some acid bite, a hint of salt and smoke in the background, a hint of citrus, good, somewhat juicy and nutty finish
