Translate to English Tiefer Duft nach reifem Kernobst mit integrierter Holzwürze und kühler Mineralik. Fast cremig im Mund, das Holz dominanter als in der Nase, sehr verhaltene Säure, leicht spürbare, aber sehr feine Gerbstoffe, am Gaumen merklicher Alkohol, im Hintergrund wieder mineralische Töne, gute Nachhaltigkeit und Länge. Gewinnt mit Luftzufuhr. Muss etwas reifen, aber es wird vermutlich nicht ganz einfach sein, den richtigen Trinkzeitpunkt zu erwischen, da der Wein sehr wahrscheinlich auch nicht übermäßig lange halten wird. Nicht ganz sichere Prognose.
