Translate to English Karamell und etwas Kokos im zart holzwürzigen und im Hintergrund auch mineralischen Duft nach teils kandierten gelben Früchten und Nüssen. Im Mund etwas blättrige, brotige und leicht gereifte gelbe Frucht, dazu etwas kandiertes Kernobst, vegetabile und unterholzige Noten, passende, eingebundene Säure, hat gewisse Substanz und trotz des Holzes deutlichen Herkunftscharakter, mit Luft immer mehr herbe Mineralik, gute Tiefe, sehr guter, wenn auch ein wenig holzig-nachtrocknender Abgang.
