2008 Extra Brut PI No., R (Deg.:08/17), Germany, Germany

Deep and complex, intense yeasty, nutty and light tobacco, with subdued yellow fruit aromas, herbs, spice bark and mussel shells. Firm, crisp and tart and juicy in the mouth, completely dry fruit with prominent yeasty notes, nutty notes, reminiscent of spicy bread, herbaceous and vegetal notes and a hint of tobacco, persistent and dense on the palate, complex, firm and deep, very fine tannins - Handle, hydrating and compelling, very good to long finish. staggering; Perhaps the largest sparkling wine we have ever encountered from Germany.
