2009 Siebeldingen Im Sonnenschein Weißburgunder Grosses Gewächs trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Emphasised vegetal, at first slightly charcoal nose with tart yellow fruit aromas that become clearer with air, nutty tones, a little mushroom, smoke and minerality. Ripe, slightly warm, dense fruit, again vegetal aromas, nut tones as well as delicate smoke and wood, moderate, fine acidity, distinct minerality, has power, melting and warmth, good depth, a hint of nut butter, chalky tones, very good, tart, firm finish, again with some warmth but also plenty of minerality
