Translate to English Fester, nussig-holzwürziger und leicht karamelliger Duft nach mürbem Kernobst und Zitrusfrüchten mit vegetabilen und erdigen bis mineralischen Tönen. Klare, geschliffene, trockene Frucht im Mund, nussige Holznoten und deutlich vegetabile Aromen, etwas Avocado und eine Spur Pfeffer, sehr feine Säure, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, im Hintergrund erdig bis mineralisch, fester Bau, gewisse Tiefe, leicht getreidige Anklänge, noch ziemlich jung, sehr guter Abgang. Muss reifen.
