Süßlich-saftige, teils kandiert wirkende Frucht im Mund, kräuterige Aromen, tabakige und auch zart hefige Spuren, präsente, feine, lebhafte, zitronige Säure, viel Griff und ausgezeichnete Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, packt zu, gewisse Tiefe, sehr viel herbe mineralische Würze, noch kaum entwickelt, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
