Am Gaumen herb-saftig, recht fest und verschlossen, kühl-mineralisch, geradezu stahlige Säure, klare Zitrusfrucht, etwas grüner Apfel, ganz leicht rau, käsige Spuren, noch völlig unnahbar, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang mit kühlem Saft, Mineralik und viel Biss.
