Translate to English Etwas altholziger und eine Spur buttriger Duft mit säuerlich-vegetabilen Aromen, etwas Kernobst sowie nussigen und erdigen Tönen. Eher herbe Frucht im Mund, wieder noch deutlich säuerlich-vegetabil und etwas buttrig, altholzige und erdige Noten, präsente Säure, leicht antrocknender Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund Mineralik, sehr gute Nachhaltigkeit, wirkt nur noch ziemlich unfertig, hefige Nuancen, guter bis sehr guter, leicht gedeckter und wieder buttriger Abgang. Noch ein wenig unsichere Prognose.
