Relativ herbe, schlanke Frucht im Mund, Muskatnuss, Fleur de Sel und getrockneter Oregano, kühle erdige Beitöne, etwas Bittermandel am Gaumen, lebendige Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit und gewisser Schliff, guter, leicht trocknender Abgang mit muskatigen Noten und typischem Bitter.
