Translate to English Ziemlich fester, hefiger und getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger, floraler, auch deutlich mineralischer Duft mit herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen. Klare, straffe, saftige Frucht, kühl und geschliffen, sehr feine, zart ölige vegetabile Aromen, lebendige Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, nachhaltig und ziemlich griffig am Gaumen, reifer Gerbstoff, deutliche Mineralik, hat Biss, gute Tiefe, vielschichtig und ausdrucksstark bei niedrigem Alkohol, sehr guter bis langer, feinsaftiger Abgang.
