Fest, klar und herb-saftig im Mund, leicht pfeffrige und getrocknet-pflanzliche Aromen, lebendige Säure und leichter Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, im Hintergrund mineralisch, hat Griff, ganz leicht trocknend, salzige Nuancen, wirkt trotz seiner Kraft kühl, sehr guter Abgang mit erdigen und vegetabilen Tönen.
