Firm and deep, quite complex, a hint of open scent of predominantly black berries with cherry notes, dried floral hints and a little juniper. Firmly woven, youthful, tart dark fruit, present tannin and some bite, slightly smoky and bitter-chocolatey wood notes, a little coffee grounds in the background, herbal-vegetable nuances, again also juniper, hints of soy sauce, good depth, chalky-salty minerality, very good, firm, tart finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester Duft nach teils eingemachten schwarzen Beeren und Kirschen mit leicht kräuterigen, floralen und tabakigen Noten, einem Hauch Pfeffer und mineralischen Anklängen. Fest gewirkte, herbe, saftige Frucht mit Frische und Biss, präsente, jugendliche Tannine, zart kräuterig und floral im Hintergrund, ein wenig Bitterschokolade, angedeutet Kaffee, salzige mineralische Anklänge, viel Kraft und leicht spürbarer Alkohol, Wacholdertöne, noch wenig entwickelt, sehr guter, strffer und herb-saftiger, noch leicht trocknender Abgang. Muss noch etwas reifen.
