2018 Pommern Rosenberg Dornfelder trocken, Mosel, Germany

Slightly spicy, nutty and hint of animal nose, partly preserved black berries and cherries, some hints of laurel and earthy notes. Partly preserved black fruit on the palate, touch of sooty notes and chocolate, astringent tannins, touch of pepper, not particularly deep, with a light burnt finish, attractive finish with light bitter notes.
