Translate to English Duft nach angetrocknetem und kandiertem Steinobst mit leicht nussigen und karamelligen Aromen sowie vegetabilen und erdigen Nuancen. Reife, süßliche Frucht im Mund, wieder teils angetrocknet wirkend, ruhige, eine Säure, nachhaltig und etwas schmelzig am Gaumen, Kandisnoten und wieder auch leicht vegetabile Töne, im Hintergrund erdige Mineralik, mittlere Kraft, recht saftiger, auch ganz leicht gedeckter Abgang. Wurde von uns einst sträflich unterschätzt: Hält sich nicht nur bestens, hat auch noch klar gewonnen.

Im Mund saftig und leicht gemüsig, gewisse Kandis- und Karamelltöne, feine, lebendige Säure, kräuterige Aromen und eine Spur Lauch, leicht süßliche Art, am Gaumen angedeutet mineralisch und etwas sandig-gerbstoffig, nicht ewig tief, guter Abgang.
