Translate to English Betont pflanzlicher und auch mineralischer Duft nach Wacholder und Apfel. Im Mund trocken und relativ kräftig, deutlich vegetabile Würze, feine Säure, zartherb am Gaumen, leichter Gerbstoff, ausgezeichnete Nachhaltigkeit, gewisse Tiefe, sehr eigenwillig und kompromisslos, wieder eine Spur Wacholder, gute Länge.
