Kühl und straff im Mund, saftige, etwas säuerliche Frucht, deutliche, leicht rauchige Holzanklänge, sehr feines, noch jugendliches Tannine, gewisser Säurebiss, nachhaltig am Gaumen, deutliche, salzige Mineralität, gewisse Tiefe, guter Abgang.
