2009 Oestrich Lenchen Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese, Rheingau, Germany

Deep, distinctly herbaceous dried herbs reminiscent of candied and dried yellow fruit with vegetal notes, a hint of chestnuts and earthy mineral notes. Concentrated in the mouth, on the one hand very sweet, on the other hand again with astringent dried herbs and earthy notes, salty minerality, firm acidity, very firm, lots of grip, almost chewing, great persistence and depth, still extremely young, spicy Hints in the background great length.
