Fest gewirkt auch im Mund, feinsaftige, ganz trockene Frucht, hefige Noten und vegetabile Anklänge, feine, recht geschliffene Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, mürber Gerbstoff, gute Substanz, deutliche, salzige Mineralik, harmonisch, noch jung, sehr guter Abgang.
