Very firm, depe and complex on the nose, yellow spice, vegetal, herbaceous and floral notes, mineral notes, ripe yellow fruit in the background, nutty and dried floral aromas, fairly prominent bay leaf. Ripe, tranquil, concentrated fruit on the palate, sweetish and slightly creamy, elegant, complex spicy vegetal and herbaceous notes, deep, concentrated and persistent, some sugar candy and a hint of honey, light nutty notes, touch of bacon, complex, deep and tranquil, hint of pulses, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, actually becomes cooler and more tart with aeration, hint of tobacco and some soup greens, still largely undeveloped, very individual character, long finish.
