Restrained, firm, fairly tart, elegant, juicy, cool fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal and herbaceous aromas, light yeasty and delicate floral notes, salty mineral notes, overall gives quite a cold impression, light grip, still largely undeveloped, uncompromising style, deep and complex, sweetish touch in the background, very good tart, juicy, grippy finish.
