Cool, polished nose, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrussy yellow fruit, dried floral traces, yeasty traces, light dereal notes, fairly prominent mineral notes. Firm, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, quite complex, some yellow spice, prominent vegetal, herbaceous and yeasty aromas, salty mineral notes, prominent, elegant acidity, persistent and grippy, firm bite, some depth, noticeable tannic grip, fairly complex and mouth-watering, very good tart, firm, juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
