2015 Oestrich Lenchen Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese Grosse Lage, E, Goldkapsel, Rheingau, Germany

Firm, cool, very polsihed nose, candied citrus fruit and peaches, elegant herbaceous aromas, light yeasty notes and floral traces, hint of sage and mineral notes. Concnetrated on the palate, but also very elegant, sweet, fairly light yellow fruit, sugar candy, lively, very elegant acidity, concentrated and persistent, some light honey, still very young, but already enchanting, cvomplex and deep, very vibrant, elegant herbs in the background, floral traces, salty mineral notes, long, complex, very elegant finish. Give it lots of time to develop.
