Firm, fairly deep nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, prominent yellow spice, ripe yellow fruit, yeasty aromas, hint of mushrooms, fairly prominent mineral notes. Fairly firm, cool, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal notes, stil slightly yeasty, firm acidity, persistent, some depth, more prominent salty mineral notes, light touch of yellow spice, some depth, still largely undeveloped, very good tart, cool, juicy finish.
