(controlled and integrated production). Depending on the type, the wines are aged in steel tanks or in barriques. When the weather is suitable, ice wines and dried berries are also pressed. There are also fine brandies (pomace, fruit) and bottle-fermented sparkling wine for at least 24 months. The events "Wine & Steak", "Jazz Brunch" and "Picnic in the Vineyard" are held annually.
