Quite a concentrated, spicy nose, light vegetal notes, partly dried and partly candied pomaceous fruit and melon, touch of lychee, some quince jelly, honey and caramel, some wilted flowers. Both sweet and tart on the palate, firm fruit with prominent vegetal notes, earthy and tart mineral notes, some old oak, fairly prominent acidity, noticeable alcohol, quite tart on a slightly astringent finish.
