Medium-intense nose, prominent green vegetables and citrus fruit, pear and some avocado, mineral and herbaceous notes. Clear, elegant, juicy, lively fruit on the palate, herbaceous notes and green vegetables again, very elegant, lively acidity, good persistence, mineral notes, firm and lively, very refreshing, full-bodied but also elegant and polished, creamy and has some depth, very good finish.

Editor note: Pears and apples on the nose, avocado and some caramel, green vegetal notes and prominent mineral notes, some peppery notes and dried herbs. Quite full-bodied on the palate, very elegant, lively acid bite, prominent herbs and spices and mineral notes, good grip and persistence, very creamy, some more caramel, has some depth, still youthful, noticeable alcohol, very good finish.
