2015 Süd-Steiermark Gamlitz Gewürztraminer trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Tart nose, light spicy, earthy and dried vegetal notes, hint of tobacco, restrained yellow fruit, light root vegetables and mineral notes in the background. Firm, ripe, creamy, bone dry fruit on the palate, yellow spice and dried vegetal aromas, light nutty notes, hint of bacon, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide firm grip, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, persistent, salty mineral notes in the background, some peppery notes, still youthful, slightly noticeable alcohol again on a very good, firm finish.

Firm, slightly juicy fruit on the palate, quite full-bodied, creamy, fairly elegant vegetal aromas, peppery notes, some more prominent mineral notes, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide firm grip, persistent, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of red berries and floral traces in the background, some more lychee, very good creamy, spicy finish.
