2015 Süd-Steiermark Ried Jungfernhang Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm nose, prominent green vegetal notes, green bell peppers and cucumber peel, yellow and green fruit, still slightly yeasty, light nutty traces, earthy and mineral noites. Bone dry tart, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent spicy vegetal notes and yeasty notes, elegant, lively acidity, light tannic touch, light earthy and salty mineral notes in the background, notes of rust and red bell peppers develop with aeration, very unusual, firm structure, still largely undeveloped, some depth, very good finish.
