Fairly cool nose, vegetal, herbaceous and mineral notes, restrained yellow and green fruit, cardamom and prominent elderflowers. Firm, cool and polished on the palate, elegant fruit, elegant vegetal aromas, very elegant, lively acidity, persistent, light grip, white pepper in the background, hint of bacon, prominent salty mineral notes, some depth, very harmonious, hint of black berries and yeasty traces, very good elegant, juicy, spicy, vegetal and minerally finish.
