2016 Süd-Steiermark Gamlitz Sauvignon Blanc trocken Gut Sernau, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, polished nose, prominent vegetal and light nutty notes, restrained citrus and some green berries, earthy and mineral notes. Bone dry fruit on the palate, nutty and yeasty aromas, prominent vegetal notes, lively, elegant acidity, fairly persistent, earthy and mineral notes, some grip, still largely undeveloped, some depth, more nutty notes, tart and juicy on a very good, fairly firm finish.
