Fairly firm nose, light nutty notes, prominent warm vegetal notes, light peppery and herbaceous aromas, restrained yellow fruit, touch of avocado and mineral notes. Firm but also creamy, ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, cool vegetal and herbaceous aromas, peppery notes, salty mineral notes and a hint of dark berries, persistent and full-bodied, integrated tannins provide a light grip, elegant acidity, smoky traces, olive oil in the background, cool vegetal aromas and a hint of salted lemon on a very good, slightly creamy, tart, juicy finish.
