Editor note: Tart nose, green vegetal and herbaceous notes, some capers, light peppery notes and some bell peppers, dried elderflowers, prominent mineral notes. Tart warm fruit on the palate, becomes increasingly juicy with aeration, nutty notes, low acidity, dried floral notes, hint of dark berries, earthy and mineral notes, noticeable warm alcohol, mineral notes in the background, develops more bite with aeration, very good, tart, creamy, warm finish.
