Editor note: Fresh vegetal notes on the nose, partly candied citrus fruit, stone and pomaceous fruit, herbaceous traces, light floral and mineral notes. Restrained fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, light nutty and delicate yeasty aromas, elegant acidity, slightly astringent tannins, fairly persistent, mineral traces in the background, hint of butter, good to very good, slightly creamy finish.
