2018 Burgunder "B", Rheinhessen, Germany

Tart vegetal and light floral notes on the nose, light yellow fruit aromas, delicate hint of almonds, earthy and chalky notes. Slightlycreamy, sweetish, but restrained fruit on the palate, almonds and vegetal notes, chalky notes, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, touch of sugar candy, hint of bacon, fairly persistent, moderate tannins, prominent notes of marzipan on a good, slightlysweetish finish.
